Hotel Bachchan Palace's cleanliness was exceptional, exceeding our expectations for India. Its location near the ghats and local restaurants and cafes was convenient. The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing extra blankets, directions, and organizing a boat trip. The room was spotless and had consistent access to hot water.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was unforgettable. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Ghat and all the action of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to give us directions or recommend the best places to eat. The rooms were cozy and clean, with hot water and clean sheets. But the best aspect was the view from the rooftop, it was breathtaking, the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of chai and watch the sunrise over the city.

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower and toilet being in the same space was not very convenient. , there was some noise coming from the hallway that made it difficult to sleep at times.

My recent stay in Varanasi was just terrific. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable during my Thanksgiving trip. One of the best things about the place is the location, as it's only a short walk to the Ganga River and the temples in the area. the rooms had a colorful and cozy feel that perfectly matched the authentic Varanasi vibe. the delicious meals the hotel offered were a fantastic way to enjoy Indian cuisine with several other guests.

The hotel had its shortcomings. One problem is the confusing and long alleyway you have to walk through to find the hotel, which can result in a wrong turn.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, just a short walk away from the main street where I could easily hail a taxi or walk to a nearby restaurant. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout my stay, and the staff was exceptional in their service, always going above and beyond to make my stay a comfortable one. I also appreciated the various facilities provided by the hotel, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed in a hotel in a quiet area close to all the important places to see. We enjoyed the clean and well-furnished room with running water in the bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was nice. We also appreciated having an extra blanket in the chilly room. Neg: Unfortunately, the sound of the lift constantly playing loud music nearly throughout the night prevented us from getting a good night's sleep.
